http://www.labornetjp.org/news/2012/0417pari (以下は、再稼働阻止・集団ハンストに入った「テントひろば」に、フランスから寄せられたメッセージです) (日本は再び原子力社会に陥ってはならない！) 　日本政府は4月13日の金曜日、国民の8割が反対するにもかかわらず、福井県にある大飯原発の2基について、7月までに再稼働させることを許可する決定を下しました。 　日本の原発は今では54基のうち1基しか稼働しておらず、これまでもその状態で国が機能してきたように、もうすぐ原子力にまったく頼らずにやっていけるであろうに、ここで再稼働が行われることは大きな後退を意味します。日本政府と経産省は、再生可能で安全なエネルギーに賭けて新たな出発をするのではなく、死を招く技術に固執することを選びました。つまり、福島の大惨事から何も学ばなかったのでしょうか？ 　大飯原発では安全を保証する措置はこれまで何もとられていません。そのうえ、日本人は新たな大地震が起きるのではないかという絶えざる危険に晒されながら、生活しています。原発の再稼働が安全だと考えるなど、まったく不可能な状況なのです。 　「脱原発」フランス全国ネットワークはしたがって、この決定に憤慨すると共に、地元の住民や、原発のない日本を築くために闘っているすべての人々を全面的に支援します。 　(フランス全国「脱原発」ネットワーク.) On Friday, the 13th April, the Japanese government decided to allow two reactors at the Ohi nuclear plant to restart in next July, in the Fukui prefecture, against the will of 80 % of the Japanese population. Only 1 out of 54 reactors are functionning in Japan, and the archipelago has been holding out so far. This restart is a serious regression in the path towards a nuclear-free Japan. Instead of starting afresh with safe energies, the Japanese government and the METI chose to stick to a deadly technology. Didn't they learn the lessons from Fukushima ? No safety improvement work has been done in Ohi, and Japanese people know they are living with the threat of another earthquake hanging over them. How could the restart of these reactors be considered as safe ? The French antinuclear network "Sortir du nucléaire" expresses its indignation and brings its support to the local population in the Fukui prefecture and all the people struggling for a nuclear-free Japan.
